Excellent corrosion resistance
The surface of the galvanized air duct has a uniform galvanized layer, which can isolate the steel pipe from direct contact with oxygen and moisture in the air, thereby preventing the steel pipe from rusting and corrosion. The thickness of the galvanized layer can reach 20-30μm, which can resist corrosion for more than 1000 hours, which is much higher than the corrosion resistance time of ordinary steel.

Galvanized air ducts are made of high-strength steel such as Q235 and Q345, with a tensile strength of 400-500MPa and a yield strength of 235-345MPa.
