Precautions When Installing Color Coated Plates
1. The top of the color coated plates should be on the same plane. According to the actual situation, the position of the painted board can be adjusted by tapping or relaxing. It is not allowed to directly tap the lower part of the fixing bracket to adjust the slope or position of the roof. The correct placement of the color-coated board can ensure its effective closure. On the contrary, if the color-coated board is improperly placed, it will affect the sealing effect of the color-coated board, especially near the middle point of the bracket. There should be no chips or metal objects on the surface of the color-coated board. Clean it frequently and avoid walking on it to avoid damaging the paint film.
2. When the roof panel is hung on the roof frame for installation, pay attention to the direction of the female rib part of the roof panel to ensure that the verticality of the initial panel installation position and the gutter is correctly checked when walking on the roof, and you should avoid stepping on the roof ridge. Can only step on the slot. When transporting color-coated aluminum plates, a film should be used between layers to avoid scratches caused by relative sliding. Avoid transportation and operation on the board. If you can only work on the board, you can lay a wooden springboard on the board surface, and the two ends of the springboard must be supported on the board. It is strictly forbidden to use a cutting machine to cut the color ceramic tiles to avoid cutting and rusting of high temperature metal powder. Fix the color aluminum plate bolts and seal with waterproof material to prevent rainwater from seeping into rust.
3. The roof slab should be built as soon as possible after the roof is completed. If construction cannot be done immediately, plastic insulation should be used to protect the roof insulation material to prevent the effect of insulation from rain. Part of the color-coated board surface is coated with a specially designed transparent organic film. After setting, it should be peeled off immediately to avoid sunlight exposure and enhance the adhesion between the organic film and the color-coated board surface.
