Excellent anti-corrosion performance
The Galvanized Strip adopt hot-dip galvanizing process, and the zinc layer thickness is usually 40-120g/m² (about 6-20 microns), which is much higher than the 5-15g/m² of ordinary electroplating.
Uniform zinc layer coverage
Our products use air knife control technology, and the zinc layer thickness deviation is ≤±10%, ensuring that there are no defects such as missing plating and zinc nodules on the surface.
Excellent surface quality
Our products are polished or passivated, with a surface roughness Ra≤1.0μm, suitable for secondary processing such as spraying and printing.
Wide application adaptability
The standard width of our products is 100-1250mm, the thickness is 0.3-3.0mm, and the tolerance is controlled within ±0.02mm (thickness) and ±1mm (width).
