Structural stability
Color-coated steel sheet adopts high-strength cold-rolled or galvanized steel substrates such as SGCC and DX51D, with good ductility and deformation resistance. It is not easy to crack and deform during shearing, bending, and stamping, ensure dimensional stability, be suitable for batch processing, and high-strength structural applications.
Corrosion resistance
After phosphating or passivating the surface of the product, one or more layers of organic coating are applied and cured at high temperatures to form a dense protective film, which can withstand ≥500 hours of salt spray corrosion and is suitable for long-term outdoor use.
