The Spring Steel Strip is a type of high-carbon or alloy steel supplied in thin, flat strips that are specially heat-treated to exhibit high yield strength, excellent elasticity, and resistance to deformation.

Excellent rebound performance
By optimizing the internal grain structure through quenching + tempering process, the rebound rate of our products is as high as over 95%.
High-precision dimensional control
Our products adopt precision rolling technology, the thickness tolerance can be controlled within ±0.02mm, and the width deviation does not exceed ±0.1mm.
Wear resistance
The surface hardness of our products can reach HRC 45-55, which is more than 3 times higher than ordinary low-carbon steel, and the wear rate is reduced by 60% under high-speed friction environment.
Excellent corrosion resistance
The Spring Steel Strip can be treated by phosphating, galvanizing, etc., and the corrosion resistance time of salt spray test can reach 500-1000 hours, which is 8-10 times longer than that of untreated steel strip.
