Introduction
The Prepainted Cold Rolled Steel Coil is a cold rolled steel strip that has been cleaned, treated, and coated with paint or other finishes before being rolled into a coil.
Features
Excellent processing formability
The yield strength of the base material of our products is 140-300MPa, the elongation is ≥18%, and it can withstand 180° bending (T-bend test ≤2T) without cracking.
Precision surface treatment
Our products use cold-rolled base material (SPCC/SECC), and the surface roughness is controlled at Ra 0.4-0.8μm to ensure uniform adhesion of the coating.
Long-term protective performance
PVDF coating has passed 2000 hours of salt spray test and 1000 hours of QUV ultraviolet aging test. The service life can reach 15-20 years in C4 level corrosion environment, which is 2-3 times longer than ordinary galvanized sheet.
Diversified applications
The Prepainted Cold Rolled Steel Coil provide a variety of surface effects such as flat light, metal flash, texture, etc., with a hardness of 2H-3H (pencil hardness), suitable for home appliance panels, building curtain walls, interior decoration and other fields.
